OA’s traditional homecoming dance is back for the first time in three year.
Some OA seniors, including Charlotte Collins, described Homecoming from their freshman year as “one of the most memorable events of our freshman and high school experience before Covid.”
Student Council Advisor Mrs. Kenney expects a huge turnout as the dance moves back inside on Friday Nov. 18. Last year, due to Covid regulations, the dance was outside on the basketball court.
The homecoming dance this year will kick off spirit week. A DJ will be there playing songs we requested in our advisories. Water and finger food will be served. To make this year even more special there will be professional lighting and a photo booth!
Make sure to buy your tickets before or after school in room 208. The tickets are $20 and are on sale November 7-15th. The only students who can attend this dance have to be going to school at OA currently.
Jessie Keane is a Freshman who is “So excited to hangout with friends and have a good time at the dance!”
