Ice cream is one of my favorite desserts and it can be argued that it is the favorite dessert of the United States too!
The ice cream options offered in and around Easton do not disappoint. Here are some of my go to ice cream spots for a cold treat.
The Flannel Cow Creamery: Although it does close for the winter months, The Flannel Cow in Mansfield offers homemade ice cream in a wide variety of flavors. This family-owned and operated shop serves ice cream made in small batches to ensure that is is fresh and high quality for every customer.
Hilliards: This 4th generation family-run candy shop offers homemade ice cream during the summer months filled with their candies and toppings made in-house. Although it is on the more expensive side for ice cream, arguably it is worth the quality and freshness of the product that you receive. My personal favorite flavor is vanilla toffee crunch which features a vanilla base filled with their homemade almond toffee crunch and chocolate shavings.
Crescent Ridge: Celebrating 90 years of business, this shop is located in Sharon, and is open year round. Their ice cream is highly ranked by Boston Magazine and the World Dairy Expo. Some of their most popular flavors include: Cherry Ridge Ripple, Cow Prints, Salted Caramel Chocolate Pretzel, and many more.
