OA Parking

October 3, 2019 By The Daily Olivian

Parking has always been an issue at Oliver Ames High School, especially towards the end of the year when more juniors and sophomores get their licenses and more cars fill up the parking lot. The School Resource Officer, Officer Aker, which can be found at his office in the art hallway when he is at the School, has received numerous complaints from many sources such as, the bus company and fire department. Officer Aker stated that there have been no tickets written yet to his knowledge, there will be consequences for students who continue to park in undesignated areas. The easiest solution is to park where this is a designated spot and if there aren’t any when you arrive at school, get to school earlier to avoid a fine.
