IT Chapter Two was released on September 6th, 2019. It is the successor of the extremely popular film, It which came out on September 8th, 2017. It was extraordinarily popular and raved by critics getting 86% on Rotten Tomatoes. IT Two, however, is coming in at 63%. The movie is based on the Stephen King novel It, which depicts the clown, Pennywise, that preys on young children.
The interest of the movie is most certainly due to the fact that the first film was so successful as well as the time of year as it is close to Halloween and horror movies will have a general spike in popularity. Furthermore, the original film seemed to follow a string of creepy clown sightings in 2016 which brought mass attention to the idea of harrowing clowns across the United States and throughout the globe.
