It is the glass castle that no one ever wants to enter. The Apple Store is a dreaded place that simply cares about the cash, not the customers. This open space is like a sea full of chaos, with each argument like a huge wave that crashes through the ears of everyone who enters. It is like pulling teeth to try to get an appointment set up, and when that step is complete, it is tough to find satisfaction during that short amount of time. The employees get paid regardless of the outcome of the meeting, and it is impossible to avoid the irrational rules they have (like not fixing a screen that had already been fixed by the person’s cell phone provider.) This place is the definition of dread and disappointment, and their inability to help their customers should put them out of business.
