A or B: Wendys vs Five Guys

December 13, 2018 By The Daily Olivian

Wendy’s

Out of all the fast food chains I am aware of, Wendy’s takes the crown for best french fries. I have never had a bad experience with the Wendy’s french fries, and I don’t see how anyone could. Compared to all the other fast food restaurants, Wendy’s french fries have just the right amount of salt, and they in even healthier because its sea salt! I have found that some fast food places have fries that are too salty, and others have not enough, but with Wendy’s, it’s perfect. Whenever I eat french fries from Wendy’s, I find that they are not too crunchy, but also not to soggy or squishy. This makes for the best french fries. Always cooked to the perfect temperature, Wendy’s french fries never disappoint. These french fries are a great side to any meal at Wendy’s and it makes everything much better. Wendy’s french fries will always be my go-to.

Five Guy’s

After having fries in more than half of the states in this country, I have found that five Guy’s fries are undoubtedly the best I have ever encountered. As you go into the store, you can see the golden fries being placed into the frier, shaked, salted, and appearing in your plate. Then as you taste it, the fry is crisp and crunchy as all fries should be- a lasting sensation of goodness. French fries may be the most American thing one can consume, therefore Five Guy’s demonstrates the best quality of patriotism.
