The Class of 2019 is in full swing, completing the common app, finalizing SAT and ACT scores, and of course writing the daunting college essay. As the Seniors work to complete their essays; they aim to represent their stories, their personalities in 650 words or less. So I decided I would ask a few seniors what they chose to write about for their essay. Seniors: What is your college essay about?
Alekhya Penumarthy: “It’s about my Big Help youth internship and how I went to india and planned lessons to teach at an impoverished school and what that changed in my perspective”
